Nottingham City Homes Contract

Thomas Bow City Asphalt has just won the contract to provide environmental improvement works for Nottingham City Homes – a not-for-profit organisation owned by Nottingham City Council and responsible for the day-to-day management of 30,000 homes across the city, including more than 1,000 leasehold properties.

As sole contractors for the 12-month project, which is worth more than £500,000, we will be providing environmental paving, car parks, hard standings and SUDS. This complements the building of the first new council houses in Nottingham in more than 20 years.
