Nottingham City Homes Contract
Thomas Bow City Asphalt has just won the contract to provide environmental improvement works for Nottingham City Homes – a not-for-profit organisation owned by Nottingham City Council and responsible for the day-to-day management of 30,000 homes across the city, including more than 1,000 leasehold properties.
As sole contractors for the 12-month project, which is worth more than £500,000, we will be providing environmental paving, car parks, hard standings and SUDS. This complements the building of the first new council houses in Nottingham in more than 20 years.
Managing Director Alistair Bow said: “This contract is just the latest example of how our diligent pursuit of tenders is paying off, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our staff.”
