Hitting The Road in Style

The new Thomas Bow City Asphalt branding will be clearly visible very soon on the highways and byways around the country as we are about to take delivery of a fleet of 10 new vehicles.

The eight utility vans and two 7.5 tonne weight tippers are being brought in as part of a £340,000 modernisation programme, and will mainly replace older vehicles.

Another new addition to the fleet will be a new paver – which lays tarmac on the roads. This is currently on order, and when it arrives, will take the tally up to four.

It’s all part of the plan to keep the business moving forward… as is the fact that all vehicles are now based at Oxton because we took over part of Moorfield Farm at the end of August to create a new yard, garages and workshops.

Situated where it is, in the centre of the county, it is an ideal base to support the company’s growth, not only in Nottinghamshire but also in surrounding counties – especially Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Yorkshire.
