Commencing Phase 3 at Witham St Hughes

A welcome update has arrived from our site over at Witham St. Hughes in Lincolnshire and we are thrilled to share the progress made so far.

Following on from the successful completion of Phases 1 & 2 a few years ago, the developers have now extended the current contract to allow for an additional internal loop road to be built within the estate. The construction of the primary S38 spine and loop road will stretch approximately 1km through the proposed development site. Civils Director John Allen comments “With works so far going according to plan and collaborations with BWB Consulting and Strawsons Holdings working effectively, the final constructions on Camp Road (the main road off A56 into Witham St Hughes) should see the project completed by May 2022.” This will also include the S278 works with associated services, S104 drainage and attenuation which will bring the overall cost of the project in excess of £7 million.
