We achieve this through the strict application of our Health & Safety Policy, its safe systems of work, control measures, monitoring and procedures. We are proud to maintain our CHAS and Constructionline accreditations along with the changes brought in as part of CDM 2007.
Our Contracts Managers carries out stringent site and systems audits, inspections and safety tours. Reporting to the Group Construction & Compliance Director, who is SMSTS qualified. The Board of Directors are briefed on a regular basis regarding the Company’s Health and Safety performance.
Accident trends and new initiatives are constantly on the agenda, with regular safety alerts sent to all site staff.
Acting as Principal Contractor on the majority of our projects we maintain close relationships with other duty holders including the client, his planning supervisor, local authorities, government agencies and the public with regards to the potential impact of works.
