We are looking to develop the skills of our next group of highway surfacing operatives with people who are willing to learn and develop themselves joining a 2 year programme, involving 1 day per week with our training partner in Nottinghamshire and 4 days per week in our teams gaining valuable practical experience.

What you will gain:

• CSCS Operative Card

Key Responsibilities:

• work independently using your own initiative
• maintain a safe working environment
• undertake principles of highway maintenance and highway surfacing
• safely locate underground services
• ensure that work is completed to a high standard within a reasonable time scale
• communicate with the foreman as and when required
